Post Text (Key Excerpt)

Context switching is a problem pushing things to prod as you need to go through the typical PR review, stage, prod,... cycle. It was a problem before but now we are pushing 10x times faster on the left side with the same right hand side

Why It Matches Ryva ICP

This is a direct execution bottleneck signal from an operator shipping frequently: left-side coding speed increased, but right-side review-to-prod throughput did not.

Underlying Problem

Delivery flow is constrained by unchanged review and release handoffs while code generation speed grows.

Suggested Public Response (Copy)

That framing is dead-on. Most teams sped up code generation but kept the same PR-review and release lane, so context switching became the new bottleneck. The fix is to make review and release state explicit per change: owner, risk, and deploy readiness in one place.

Suggested DM Idea (Copy)

When a PR is ready, where does your team track review owner + deploy readiness so context does not reset at every stage?
