Monday

Client conversation happens. Before it, run Ryva on their repo if they have one. Go in with the gap already visible, not with a pitch. Goal is not to sell them. It is to show them what Ryva found and ask if it is accurate.

Message George Rios first thing. One question: did you show your client the run yet? Do not pitch. Do not explain Ryva. Just keep that thread moving toward the intro.

Run Ryva on s2.dev and 21st.dev. Find the sharpest gap in each. Find the founder email. Send the one line message.

Tuesday

Rayan runs Ryva for the third time. Reply immediately with a delta. What changed since last run, what is still unresolved, one question. Then ask him: are you going to run this before your next standup or after?

Follow up with George Rios if no reply yet. Follow up on client conversation.

Send Ryva runs to Notte, Moss, and Kernel founders.

Wednesday

Follow up on every thread that replied. Do not open new ones until you have closed the active ones. Run Ryva on Trigger.dev, Signadot, and Inngest.

Thursday and Friday

Same pattern. Follow up first. New outreach after. Target is 10 runs sent by end of Friday with replies coming in from at least 2-3.

The only metric this week

Did one person ask for the next run without you prompting it.

What runs in the background daily

10 high quality ICP replies split between X and Reddit. Under one hour total. 2 proof posts on X this week, not daily. LinkedIn is dead, do not touch it. No blog posts. No IBX. No tooling. Just this.
