Post Text (Key Excerpt)
How are your teams documenting decision made? Especially to feed as context for AI
Our teams are struggling with best practices on documenting decisions coming from meetings. Easy enough to log these into meeting notes and into a decision log for the project, but how do you document this into a broader shared resource for the org? And how is that socialized and shared? We’re trying to solve for this so we can feed into the LLMs the teams are using.
Why It Matches Ryva ICP
The post directly states that decisions from meetings are hard to persist and socialize across the org. This is exactly context fragmentation across tools and implicit decision risk.
Underlying Problem
Decisions are logged locally but not propagated into an org-wide source of truth tied to execution.
Suggested Public Response (Copy)
You're pointing at the hard part: notes exist, but decision context doesn't become operational state. Without an explicit shared decision trail, teams keep rediscovering rationale in meetings and threads.
Suggested DM Idea (Copy)
Good question. We've seen teams improve this by enforcing one shared decision record linked to tickets/PRs. Happy to send a minimal schema that works without heavy process.
