80% of startups die before making their first dollar. Here are 14 best resources that will help you go from zero to $1M: I’ve seen many brilliant founders get stuck with no traction. Great list. I’d throw in Reddit communities, still one of the most underrated places to find early users and get honest feedback

Solid list, especially the YC and a16z frameworks. I’d also emphasize the ‘Investor Readiness’ aspect—understanding how the metrics from points 10 and 14 directly impact valuation and capital efficiency. One addition to this playbook: Eric Ries’ ‘The Lean Startup.’ It remains a foundational resource for avoiding capital burn on a product-market fit that isn’t there yet. I’ve recently been reviewing investment structures, and it’s clear that investors buy into future scalability backed by this kind of rigorous data. Thanks for sharing!

Many founders focus heavily on building the product, but the real challenge is distribution and early traction.

Great list. Number 3 doesn’t get enough love. So many founders skip straight to thinking about scalable growth hacks while ignoring the unsexy work, DMing people one by one, commenting in groups, showing up in person. It doesn’t look impressive but it’s how real momentum starts. Every big platform began with someone manually dragging users on one at a time.

A useful addition here is the concept of founder-led sales. In the early stage, no playbook replaces direct conversations with customers.

Strong list. Many founders underestimate how important distribution and early traction strategies are alongside building the product.

The “do things that don’t scale” advice from YC is still one of the most practical ideas for early traction. The more I read about marketing, the clearer it becomes that talking to users is the only best solution.

More startups are hitting $10M ARR in 3 months than ever before AI has brought the startup world the rise of a new phenomenon: startups that almost instantly hit multimillion ARR (annual recurring revenue). Stories abound of founders going from zero to $10 million, or as much as $100 million, in annual recurring revenue in a matter of months. To be fair, this, alone, isn’t a harbinger of long-term success. VCs say that……

AI has brought the startup world the rise of a new phenomenon: startups that almost instantly hit multimillion-dollar ARR (annual recurring revenue). Stories abound of founders going from zero to $10 million, or as much as $100 million, in annual recurring revenue in a matter of months. To be fair, this alone isn’t a harbinger of long-term success. VCs say that durable growth is far more important than ultra-speedy growth. Investors want to back companies where the rate at which customers cancel or stop paying is low, meaning customers are happy. They want that annual or monthly recurring revenue to stick around and grow, not wobble and crash.
